What
is AliWood?
Well, as the name implies, it is aluminium that looks like wood. It is powder
coated in a wood colour, then the wood
grain pattern is added using a special process.
Will the wood grain pattern wear off?
No! It is not a stencil on the outside of the powder coating so it won’t
wear off. It is actually embedded right through
the powder coat surface. If you get a mark on it, you can buff it back & still
have the wood pattern. |
