About Fencepac

It's not what we build. It's how we build it.

Anyone can install a fence. What sets Fencepac apart is how we plan the work, manage the program, protect our people, and deliver the finished result for our clients.

Built like a real project business.

When you drive past a Fencepac site, you can usually tell. The site is organised, the crew presentation is sharp, and the work is being managed properly.

That doesn't happen by accident. Fencepac was founded in 1994 and remains a second-generation family business that still takes pride in how projects are run, not just how they look at handover.

We've grown from a Sunshine Coast fencing business into Queensland's largest fencing specialist, with 100+ project team members, our own manufacturing facility, and three specialist divisions. The values, though, are the same: deliver quality work, manage it properly, and keep people safe.

How We Work

Three things our clients value most.

01

How We Do the Job

We consult, design, manufacture, and install in-house. Our Wacol facility produces our own barrier panels and precast elements, and our crews work with our own plant and machinery. That gives us better control over quality, timing, and finish.

02

How We Manage the Job

Every project gets a dedicated Project Manager, Site Foreman, and Contracts Administrator from day one. We program around your timelines, coordinate with other trades, keep stakeholders informed, and solve problems before they become delays.

03

How We Manage Safety

Safety isn't something we talk about after the fact. Every job gets a tailored SWMS, every site runs toolbox talks, and our systems are accredited to Australian Standards for quality, environmental, and safety management.
