Fencepac is a TMR Level 2 registered noise barrier constructor and a registered product supplier for Transport and Main Roads Queensland. Principal contractors engage one family-owned team — ISO certified, manufacturing Noise Wall panels at Wacol — to consult, design, install, and certify on Queensland and South East Queensland corridors.
Constructor and supplier on the same package
Transport and Main Roads registers noise barrier constructors and product suppliers separately. Fencepac holds both. For a principal contractor that means the panel, the footing interface, and the installation crew are coordinated inside one subcontract rather than across a supplier and a separate installer.
Design drawings are prepared for TMR, MRTS, and Australian Standards. Precast concrete panels are manufactured at Wacol. Installation is by Fencepac crews on live motorways and rail-adjacent corridors, with the traffic staging those sites require. Handover includes as-builts and acoustic compliance documentation.

Consult
Work with the principal's engineers, project managers, and acoustic consultants on the site, the specification, and the program before the package is locked.

Design
Structural engineering, acoustic modelling, and aesthetic design in-house, with construction drawings prepared for TMR, MRTS, and Australian Standards.

Manufacture
Precast concrete panels produced at the Wacol facility in Brisbane, so quality, lead time, and design changes stay with one team.

Install
Fencepac crews, plant, and supervisors on live roads and rail corridors, including traffic management and staged access.

Certify
Completion documentation, as-built drawings, acoustic compliance verification, and handover. The package is finished when it is certified.

Yes. Fencepac is a Level 2 registered noise barrier constructor and a registered product supplier with Transport and Main Roads Queensland. The registration covers both construction and product supply. Precast panels are manufactured at the Wacol facility in Brisbane.
