RMP means rotationally moulded panels — polyethylene / LLDPE noise wall panels formed by rotational moulding. Fencepac supplies and installs this system on road and rail corridors as part of our Noise Walls offering. We do not manufacture the panels; supplier materials reference Pact and Viscount Rotational Mouldings as the moulding source.
Depending on the range, the panels can incorporate high post-consumer recycled (PCR) content — supplier documents cite up to about 75–80% PCR — and are described as 100% recyclable at end of life. That circular-economy profile is why RMP is specified where recycled content and a lighter panel both matter.
Against other systems in the same documents, RMP is positioned as lighter than concrete, longer-lived than timber, easier to clean of graffiti, repairable if damaged, and strongly weather-resistant, with flexible colour and design. Pact standard ranges include Ferro, Lapis, Silvis, and Resa. The system has been used on major Australian and European infrastructure noise walls — those are known applications of the RMP product, not Fencepac case studies.

Rotationally Moulded LLDPE
Polyethylene / LLDPE panels formed by rotational moulding — a moulded plastic noise wall, not a concrete or timber face.
High Recycled Content
Ranges can incorporate high post-consumer recycled (PCR) content. Supplier documents cite up to about 75–80% PCR depending on the range, and 100% recyclability at end of life.
Lighter than Concrete
Positioned as a lighter alternative to concrete noise walls where weight, handling, or foundation load is a constraint.
