Design and construct of a reinforced earth Keystone Elite masonry retaining wall to remediate a significant 2022 slope failure at a residential property. Wall approximately 90m in length and up to 3.5m in height, stabilising the dwelling and protecting an estimated asset value in excess of $2.5M.

- ▸Design and construct a reinforced-earth Keystone Elite masonry wall — about 90m long and up to 3.5m high — to remediate the 2022 slope failure and protect the dwelling (estimated asset value in excess of $2.5M).
- ▸Place more than 800m³ of engineered fill under controlled conditions while managing excavated spoil on steep, constrained batters.
- ▸Build entirely from the rear because access was limited and the dwelling sat at the toe of the structure, using a piecemeal methodology that still had to hit structural and aesthetic finish.
- ▸Hold zero lost-time injuries and no plant rollover incidents under Project Leader Jesse Goodhue and Site Foreman Jason Foster, completing within budget and on par with the program.
