- ▸Supply and install 330m of concrete rail-corridor barrier to HSA Group (John Holland / Seymour Whyte / AECOM JV) safety and engineering standards, then design and reconstruct a timber noise wall to match the existing line acoustically and visually.
- ▸Plan works adjacent to an active railway and a school under strict safety controls, with on-site windows sequenced into school holidays to limit disruption to the school and residents.
- ▸Reassess drilling methodology immediately when wet piles were encountered, rather than pushing a method that no longer fitted the ground.
- ▸Keep Project Manager James Carruthers and Site Foreman Mick Muller accountable for corridor safety and local amenity through the holiday work window.
