Consult, design and construct security fencing across 24 substations. Scope included 6km of trenching with conduit, 150 cable pits, 120 concrete slabs, 30 new pedestrian gates, 1km mowing strip, earthing grid extensions, and replacement of 4km chainwire fencing and 100 gates.

- ▸Consult, design, and construct security fencing across 24 substations — 6km of trenching with conduit, 150 cable pits, 120 concrete slabs, 30 new pedestrian gates, 1km of mowing strip, earthing-grid extensions, and replacement of 4km of chainwire and 100 gates.
- ▸Upgrade 5–6 live electrical sites at a time, each 2–3 hours apart, with a 40-person team and a dedicated WHS manager, after security breaches at substations had caused serious injuries and deaths.

- ▸Place conduit and cable pits strategically to reduce trenching by hundreds of metres, cutting cost while bringing all 24 sites to current security standards.
